After I started an extremely demanding job, I knew that I needed to work hard to keep my stress level in check. Unfortunately, I was so overwhelmed at the time that I wasn't able to do this, and I ended up having several panic attacks at work. It was really frustrating, but eventually a friend of mine suggested meeting with a counselor. Because my work schedule was so demanding, she recommended learning more about stress and practicing some self-help techniques. I tried her methods, and I was able to stay calm--even under pressure. I wanted to make this blog to help other people to learn self help techniques, because they have been so helpful for me.
